Project under the procedure “Support for the transition to a circular economy in enterprises”

KOSEV LTD successfully defended a project under the procedure “Support for the transition to a circular economy in enterprises” from the National Recovery and Sustainability Plan. 

The main objective of the project is to accelerate the transition of the enterprise to a circular economy by introducing circular models through the implementation of technologies for the efficient use of resources, extending the life cycle of products, and minimizing the amount of waste and the use of raw materials and resources.

The specific objectives of the project are related to optimising production costs by reducing the amount of resources used per unit of production and waste generated, increasing the efficiency of the production process and resource efficiency, and improving the company’s resilience to fluctuations in raw material and resource prices. 

Achieving the project’s objectives will lead to a lasting and sustainable increase in the competitiveness of KOSEV LTD through a transformation from a linear to a circular model, while contributing to the restoration of natural systems by limiting the amount of waste and excessive use of resources.

The total value of the project is BGN 380,000.00, of which BGN 190,000.00 is provided by the European Union – Next Generation EU.
